What have I been up to July 8, 2008 No Comments

I haven’t blogged in months, I felt like paying more attention to more useful things. I have been working on a car for the FSAE competition. Now I am programming the ground station for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. After a lot of confusion of where I’m heading, I have no regrets that I decided to [...]

New J2ME Software blog August 31, 2006 No Comments

I am working on this new blog where I am going to post about useful freeware J2ME applications and some other cell phone related information.

I had been planning to create a site with such content with ruby on rails, but using a wordpress blog instead, I would be able to focus more on the information I am going to provide rather than website design and maintainance. If I get enough hits, I’ll upgrade it to a proper site.

Please take a look at mobware and give me comments and suggestions.

Intelecasoft JumbleSolve August 22, 2006 No Comments

Some time back me and my brother Shuaib released our first freeware software which can descramble jumbled words, its available for download here. Although it was functional months back, it took us some time to pack and deploy it on our website.

Developed in Visual Basic 6 it used a database of words for quick descrambling. Shuaib did a very good job with the programs user interface, i devised a very nice method for quick descrambling which was taking a lot of time before and now does the work within a second. Download count today is 35.

TechPakistan updated October 21, 2005 No Comments

The traffic at TechPakistan has decreased at lot. A few days ago I updated the forum software at TechPakistan.com and installed a new feature where the users can upload files from there PCs and get them on there mobile phones thougth WAP. I hope that this would attract more users. We have planned to add something more to the site and make it more useful for the people. Although a lot of sites offer sending SMS Messages, it would be a nice idea if this could be put on our site and integrated with the forum user account. The previously used SMS bot could also be integrated in this system. We have some ideas but implementing this would take a lot of time, and being the only TechPakistan developer all of this would be up to me, but I cant find much time for this.
